Reservation and Cancellation Policy

At time of reservation your VISA or M/C will be charged a registration fee deductable at check in. 

This fee is NON REFUNDABLE if reservation is cancelled.

Reservation fee: RV and Tents  $ 25 / site.
Reservation fee: Cottages $ 25 / cottage,  Holidays $ 50 / cottage
Reservation fee: Boat Rentals  $ 25 / boat / day

• Cottages:
• A security deposit of $150 will be put on hold on your credit card at time of check in. The security deposit will be used to cover any costs for damage, misuse, or loss.
• Cancellations for holidays and group reservations must be made no less than 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations for other reservations must be made no less than 7 days before the arrival date
• Reservations made within the cancellation period will have 48 hours before arrival date to cancel without penalty.
• Failure to cancel, or cancelling too late, will cause one night charge / unit
• No refunds for early departures.
• Note: Above policy does not apply to reservations for stays of 1 month +. Please contact us for details.
  

• RV sites and Tent sites:
• Cancellation of Holiday or Riverfront site reservations must be made no less than 7 days before arrival date.
• Failure to cancel, or cancelling too late, will cause one night charge / site
• No refunds for early departures.
• Note: Above policy does not apply to reservations for stays of 1 month +. Please contact us for details.

• Boat Rentals:
• Cancellation of boat rentals must be made no later than 2 days before reserved day.
• Cancellation of boats during Holidays must be made 7 days before reserved day.
• Failure to cancel, or cancelling too late, will cause full charge for rented boat.
